 We are a community of youth activists, social practitioners and community builders established in 2013 working to promote youth participation and partnership for community development across all diverse ethnic and religious divides in Sri Lanka embodying the needs and wants of the young minds. Our work is based on inter-dependence: the idea that nothing could exist on its own. We create safe spaces for young people to go beyond ethnicity and religion, and engage in a collective effort to address their common needs and transform their communities to lead themselves in order to LEAD [Learn, Expertise, Augment, and Deliver]. sylcsl.org/
